Abstract
La Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos cumple sesenta años, pero su impacto en las constituciones modernas no ha sido el más favorable para convertirse en la única fuente de referencia para el reconocimiento de los derechos en el plano internacional, de hecho se ha traducido en la aprobación de varios tratados especializados. Si bien la estructura de los catálogos de derechos en las constituciones de Europa y América Latina durante los años cincuenta ha sido influenciada por este instrumento internacional, también ha ocurrido con la llamada de fragmentación e inflación de derechos; es decir, la tendencia a declarar derechos sin tener que preocuparse acerca de su adecuada protección.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights meets sixty years, but their impact on modern constitutions has not been the most favourable to becoming the single source of reference for the recognition of the rights at the international level, in fact has resulted in a incontinence approval treaty specialized in this field. While the structure of the catalogues of rights in the constitutions of European and Latin American fifties have been influenced by this international instrument, have also been receiving the call fragmentation and inflation rights, the tendency to declare rights without worrying about their proper protection.
